  I am at the end of my pool installation and have nothing but rave reviews for South Shore! The different crews that were assigned to complete specific work were on time and kept their appointments, they explained the process and were always polite and professional. When there was a bump in the process it was handled. As with any construction project "things happen" along the way...but it is the end result that counts. Patty and Ruth were wonderful answering questions and beyond professional. This is a seasonal business and we all want everything done by the beginning of the summer, be flexible...and polite and you will receive it back! I am thrilled with my experience with South Shore Pools and would highly recommend them.

  A terrific company if you like your pool bright green. My pool was green the entire summer and yet they charged me for weekly visits only to tell me I need a new filter at the end of summer. I wound up closing my pool early after swimming in it twice. Do not use this company
